Buxted, East Hoathly and Manor Oak Medical Centres is a medical partnership delivering NHS primary care services across three sites in East Sussex. The practice serves approximately 15,000 registered patients with a team of 90 staff including GP partners, salaried doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, and support personnel. Founded in 1910, the practice provides the full range of general medical services including consultations, chronic disease management, vaccinations, prescriptions, and minor procedures, with on site dispensaries at two locations. Led by three GP partners and a Practice Director, the centres focus on accessible, patient centred care with a commitment to dignity, respect, and compassion. The practice was among the first in the country to participate in the COVID 19 vaccination rollout in December 2020. Services include routine and urgent appointments, health checks, immunisations, screening, social prescribing, and support for carers, with extended access through NHS 111 and online consultation tools to meet growing demand.
