About First Coastal Primary Care Network

First Coastal Primary Care Network is an NHS primary care network in the east of Lincolnshire. It covers a population of approximately 84,000 patients across seven member practices: Marisco Medical Practice in Mablethorpe, Beacon Medical Practice and Hawthorn Medical Practice in Skegness, Merton Lodge Surgery in Alford, Spilsby Surgery, Stickney Surgery and Old Leake Medical Centre near Boston. Those practices work together to deliver care to the local population, building on the work already undertaken and the services the surgeries already offer. The patch is coastal and rural, running from Mablethorpe and Alford down through Spilsby and Skegness to the villages east of Boston, and network posts are held at PCN level and worked across the member practices rather than at a single surgery. The network is led by a clinical director alongside a PCN manager.
