Work across seven GP practices on the Lincolnshire coast, serving a population of roughly 84,000 people from Mablethorpe and Alford down to Skegness, Spilsby and the villages east of Boston. Posts are held at network level and worked across the member practices, so the caseload spans a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting and there is real scope to shape a service as it develops rather than stepping into a fixed role. It is a genuinely rural and coastal patch, with the health needs that go with it.
