Founded in 1999 by Daya and Sumi Thayan, the company has grown from one care home in Lowestoft to a top 20 ranked national provider caring for 2,000 residents with nearly 3,500 staff. Every care home must meet a standard the founders would accept for their own family. This family-led approach shapes how Kingsley recruits and supports staff, and how residents are treated as individuals with dignity. The company holds B Corp certification, Real Living Wage accreditation, and runs an industry leading dementia care programme.
