Meridian Primary Care Network is an NHS collaboration between six GP practices serving communities across Cambridgeshire and North Hertfordshire: Bourn, Comberton & Eversden, Harston, Monkfield, Orchard Melbourn and Roysia. It brings the practices together to share expertise and resources and improve local primary care. It provides coordinated, proactive and personalised support alongside general practice, including clinical pharmacy, community pharmacist consultations, first-contact physiotherapy, health coaching, social prescribing, weight management and menopause support. Its multidisciplinary team supports patients' health and wellbeing across Bourn, Comberton, Little Eversden, Harston, Great Cambourne, Melbourn and Royston.
