Park Avenue & Kings Heath Practice is an NHS general practice operating from two sites in Northampton: Park Avenue Medical Centre at 166 to 168 Park Avenue North, and Kings Heath Practice on North Oval. Park Avenue is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:30pm, while Kings Heath opens Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm. The practice is operated by The Midland Medical Company. The two sites together care for a diverse population of around 16,000 patients. The team is multi-professional, bringing together GPs, advanced nurse practitioners, practice nurses, trainee nursing associates, healthcare assistants, allied health professionals and dedicated administrative support. It is a training practice, and clinical staff are supported every day by a duty team made up of a GP and an advanced nurse practitioner. Clinical records are kept on SystmOne.
