We are currently seeking experienced Consultant Plastic surgeon to join our South west/east teams for weekend insourcing lists, supporting NHS waiting list initiatives across:
Minor ops Surgery
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues in a well-supported, patient-focused environment while offering additional flexible weekend sessions.
Requirements
GMC registration with Specialist Register accreditation in Dermatology.
Active Licence to Practise.
Proven experience working as a Consultant Dermatologist within the NHS.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions.
Main duties of the job- Assess and treat patients on hospital waiting lists.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and clinical findings.
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to junior medical staff where appropriate.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, including follow-up recommendations for Trust pathways.

Person SpecificationExperienceEssential- 6 months of work in the NHS within the last year. Must be in the same role being applied for.
