Hours: Day & night shifts available

Contract: Zero hours contract with ongoing work and regular shifts.

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

What you'll be doing
This is not a domiciliary care role. You will be part of a specialist team delivering one-to-one support to clients with complex needs, including spinal injuries, brain injuries, epilepsy, neurological conditions, and learning disabilities, supporting clients in their own homes with:

• Personal care
• Medication administration
• Moving and handling
• Managing clinical equipment
• Shopping
• Providing short-term and ongoing cover within existing care packages, and supporting new packages when needed
