About the role:

• Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
• Support and mentor new members of the care team.
• Carry out occasional spot checks to help maintain care standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Ideal for experienced Care Assistants looking to progress their career.

What you will bring:

• Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am 10pm and alternating weekends
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work we currently cannot offer sponsorship

Essential

• Good people skills, caring and compassionate nature, a minimum of 12 months' care experience, full UK driving licence, availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts, NVQ level 2 is preferable.
