QualificationsEssential- Previous experience in a caregiving or similar role is preferred, but not mandatory. Compassion, empathy, and a dedication to patient care are essential qualities. Candidates should display a strong willingness to work collaboratively within a team and exhibit flexibility in handling various shifts. A commitment to continuous personal and professional development is encouraged, and training opportunities will be provided.
