Ashfield House Surgery is based in Annesley Woodhouse, a suburban village just off Junction 26 of the M1, with convenient access to Nottingham and the surrounding area. We are a tech-friendly SystmOne practice and are continually looking at ways to use technology and improve our systems to make general practice more efficient and reduce unnecessary administrative workload. Our current clinical team includes 1 Portfolio GP, 1 Part-Time GP, 1 Experienced ANP, 1 Practice Nurse, 1 HCA & supported by our wider practice and PCN team including pharmacists, physiotherapy, mental health practitioner, social prescribers We are a training practice, supporting GP trainees, medical students and other PCN professionals. We also provide a range of additional services including Level 2 research, LARC provision, Tier 3 diabetes services, Teaching and supervision of healthcare professionals.

About usThe post holder will undertake a variety of standard GP duties including face-to-face consultations home visits, telephone consultations, prescriptions, laboratory reports and paperwork with protected admin time as a salaried GP.
We are looking for the right GP to join our team at Ashfield, the desired candidate would have a good work ethic and annual leave preference school term.
We value excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills, who would integrate well with the clinical team with active contribution to continuing practice development. We will support the successful candidate with further training as needed.
Our close-knit team of reception and administrative staff are on hand to offer support.

We value excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills, who would integrate well with the clinical team with active contribution to continuing practice development. We will support the successful candidate with further training as needed.
We are a tech friendly System One Practice. Our surgery has 1 portfolio GP, 1 GP Fellow, 2 Experienced ANP's, 1 Practice Nurse and 1 HCA.
Collaborative working with clinical pharmacists, physiotherapist, social prescribers, and mental health practitioners.

QualificationsEssential- Full GMC registration.
- National Performers List registration.
- Qualified GP with accredited as a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) who name is included in the General Practitioner Register.
- Current experience of working within a GP Practice.
