QualificationsEssential- NMC Registered Nurse
- Relevant First Degree in health care related subject
- Specialist Critical Care nursing qualification at level six
- Formal Leadership training

- Evidence of ongoing dynamic continuing professional development linked to NMC registration standards
Desirable- Master's degree in leadership or working towards
- PSIRF methodology training
- PNA qualification
Knowledge & ExperienceEssential- Extensive experience at a senior level in a relevant critical care environment
- Experience in teaching, mentorship and supervision of staff
- Experience of managing professional development and professional conduct issues
- Management of complaints, DOC, and incidents, including implementation of proportionate and meaningful learning.
- Experience triangulating data to inform service priorities
