Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced nurse practitioner to join our team. We are a forward-thinking practice with just over 7000 patients across our 2 sites in the Totley (S17) and Woodseats (S8) areas.
Main duties of the jobYou will be required to work autonomously in delivering independent assessment, clinical examination, diagnosis, clinical decision making and planning of care & prescribing within your scope.

Job responsibilities- Be responsible for the assessment of health and clinical needs of patients, undertaking consultations as an autonomous practitioner, using their clinical practice skills, and own clinical judgement to diagnose, treat, prescribe and refer.
- Maintain a high standard of patient focused care in accordance with practices guidelines and policies.
- Enable the clinical team to work effectively and provide a high quality service to patients and to work effectively with other agencies.
Person Specification - QualificationsEssential- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- A nursing degree.
- Significant post-registration clinical experience.
- A Master's degree (Level 7) in Advanced Clinical Practice or a related advanced practice qualification.
