We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, proactive nurse to join our team !

We have 2 sites so must be able to access both.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced Nurse to join our team long term. We are a forward-thinking practice with around 7000 patients across our 2 sites in the Totley (S17) and Woodseats (S8) areas.

About us
We pride ourselves on delivering high quality clinical care with a varied clinical team which consists of 4 GPs, 1 Physician Associate, a Practice Nurse, 2 Health Care Assistants plus a pharmacy team that includes 2 pharmacists and 1 Pharmacy Technician all supported by our Administration team.

Job responsibilities
The applicant must be able to undertake:

• Smears
• Childhood vaccinations
• Travel Vaccinations
• Wound dressings
• RSV vaccinations

Desirable:

• Asthma reviews
• Diabtetic Reviews

Qualifications
Essential

• UK Registered nurse with NMC

Desirable

• Experience working in General Practice setting
• Demonstrate an understanding of audit; Cervical Cytology; Child and Adult immunisations; Care of Long Term Conditions (LTCs); Experienced in Wound care.
