We are looking to recruit a motivated, hardworking Deputy Ward Manager with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for complex care and patient safety.
Applicants should have a sound knowledge of general medicine, experience in caring for patients with complex and multi-morbid needs, and be able to demonstrate excellent discharge planning skills to support safe and effective transitions of care.

As Deputy Ward Manager, you will:

- Support the Ward Manager in maintaining high standards of care, quality, and safety
- Act as a role model for professional practice and leadership
- Encourage staff development and foster a positive learning culture
The candidate must be willing to work 4 days a week to cover the service.
