The Consultant will also work closely with Surgical and Oncology colleagues as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing specialist geriatric expertise to treatment planning and risk stratification.
The post holder will support the establishment and ongoing development of a structured Geriatric Oncology Service, helping to move from ad hoc geriatric input to a consistent, evidence-based model of care embedded within cancer pathways.
