Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for 3 individuals with support needs, our ages range from 49 to 65. We are quite independent but do require support in certain areas due to having a learning disability.

• We all enjoy being outdoors, we enjoy long walks, days out in Southport, Blackpool, North Wales pretty much anywhere as long as we are outside.
• We have a car and enjoy long drives to nice places.
• We like to go to bowling, cinema, golf, gym, football, snooker, and disco nights and evening activity clubs.
• We enjoy cooking, baking, listening to music and relaxed nights watching the soaps and the football on our Sky TV.
• We like staff who are active and enjoy getting involved in all these activities.
• We are 3 fun, kind, caring, considerate individuals who are very interested in your homelife.

Our Shifts: 08.00am till 22.00pm sleep until 8am the next morning then flexi shifts throughout the day for our one-to-one activity hours.

UK Driving License Required? Preferred

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting 3 Individuals to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting individuals with personal care and mobility
• Helping people access the community and enjoy everyday activities
• Driving our team vehicle to outings and appointments (that’s why a Full UK Driving Licence is essential)
• Preparing meals and drinks that meet a variety of dietary needs
• Creating a clean, friendly, and safe home environment
