Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supportingpeople who live here  in their 50s.

We live in a bungalow that has been adapted to meet the needs of wheelchair users, allowing individuals to move around their home safely and independently without obstacles.

Everyone who lives here requires 1:1 support when accessing the community and needs assistance with all areas of daily living. Support is provided to help individuals maintain their wellbeing, independence, and participation in everyday activities.

Our Shifts: 7am – 10pm, 10pm – 7am, 9am – 4pm Flexi Sleep

Contract: Bank

Driving License: Preferred

What you will be doing

• Supporting with personal care
• Moving and Positioning
• Support with SALT plans
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things!
