Job summaryWe are looking to appoint a salaried GP on an a fixed term contract until 31st March 2027 to join our practice situated in the heart of Covent Garden
- 3 sessions per week working on Tuesday and Thursday

We offer comprehensive NHS primary care services and we are looking for a committed, dedicated and patient focused GP to join our friendly and forward thinking team.
Main duties of the job- Undertake all duties associated with the role of a General Practitioner required by the GMS contract
- Support and contribute to the development of practice clinical procedures and protocols
- Support and contribute to QOF and local enhanced service targets
- Accurate and timely input of patient data on the clinical system
- Carrying out clinical audits as appropriate
- Completion of reports for solicitors, insurance companies and others
- Processing of clinical administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription requests and other clinical tasks
- Take an active role in contributing to practice meetings
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the practice.

- 1 GP partner
- 3 Salaried GPs
- 1 Practice Nurse
- 1 Practice Manager

- 4 Receptionists
- 2 GPAs
As part of the PCN we also have attached to the practice

Job responsibilitiesThe post holder will deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
Responsibilities will include:- Consultation sessions including face to face and telephone
- Clinical administration
- Attend, educational, multidisciplinary, practice and clinical meetings
- Attend training and events organised by the practice and the ICB/Federation
- Participate in an annual performance review
QualificationsEssential- GMC registered
- Qualified General Practitioner
- Registered on NHS performer list
- Experience using System One
Desirable- Good understanding of GMS contract requirements.
- Experience and understanding of QoF and Local Enhanced Services
