Interview date - TBCMain duties of the jobMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Promote the mental, physical and emotional and social health of individuals, families and groups.
- Provide a high standard of care to individuals and families.
- Be aware of the needs of patients and their relatives and have knowledge of statutory and voluntaryservices.
- Be an effective member of a Nursing Team working within the community directorate .
- To be responsible for the caseload management and supervision of the nursing team, in the absence of the District Nurse/ Caseload Holder.
