A Band 8a position will be offered to candidates who have already completed an MSc in Advanced Practice (or equivalent) and who can demonstrate contemporary experience working at an advanced level within a relevant clinical environment.

You will lead and monitor improvements to quality of care through clinical audit, evidence-based practice, clinical supervision, teaching and supporting professional colleagues and the provision of skilled professional leadership. They will lead the implementation of relevant clinical guidelines into practice and contribute to the further development of the evidence base through research and audit.

You will work within medical led models of care, alongside multi-professional colleagues.

They will play a crucial role in improving care receiver treatment through timely assessment, referral, responsive intervention and anticipatory care planning.
