Main duties of the jobAs a High Intensity CBT Therapist with us, you'll play a central role in transforming lives. You'll deliver evidence-based CBT interventions for people experiencing depression and a range of anxiety disorders, in line with NICE guidance. You'll work within a stepped care model, ensuring people receive the least intrusive, most effective treatment tailored to their needs. This is a hybrid role, you'll work at least one day a week face to face, helping break down barriers and improve accessibility for the people we serve. You'll also work one evening shift a week (12pm-8pm), allowing you to support clients who may not be able to access services during traditional hours. Your flexibility will make a real difference.

About YouWe'd love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a Postgraduate Diploma in High Intensity Interventions (or equivalent CBT qualification)
- Are BABCP accredited (or working toward full accreditation)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy with compassion, structure, and flexibility
- Are skilled in assessment, formulation, risk management, and collaborative working
- Are enthusiastic about shaping and improving psychological therapy services
- Have (or are keen to pursue) additional training in EMDR or IAPT supervision
