Either Tuesday / Thursday and flexibility for days,
On call half day - this would mainly be triage based session and ability to review as needed / some Face-to-face appointments,
Ability to increase sessions when embedded into the team.
The role includes a mix of routine appointments shared across our clinical team and standard core work as a GP, including routine clinic which are a mix if telephone triage and face to face appointments. There will be requirement to cover on call in afternoon on some days which would be discussed and will be flexible with how session is set up.
We dont have prebooked patient when on call and operate a triage based system allowing flexibility to review them based on clinic need. We have a cluster paramedic who does the home visits and also pharmacist and advance practice paramedic as part of clinical team.
As a practice we encourage continued professional development, and we would encourage the candidate to fully join our team and attend regular in-house teaching sessions, team practice meetings and palliative care meetings.

There are 4 GP Partners with a clinical team of Practice Pharmacist, Practice Paramedic, Practice Nurses and a Health Care Worker.
