Job summaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic
Band 4 Nursing Associate/Assistant Practitioner to join our dedicated team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care that supports patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
This advert is open to those looking for either Nursing Associate or Assistant Practitioner roles. Both roles are essential in delivering integrated care across the population. Nursing Associates are equipped with the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and behaviours relevant to employment; and will act in accordance with the NMC code of professional standards of practice and behaviours for Nursing Associates. Nursing Associates work primarily within the nursing service.
Assistant Practitioners are equipment with the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and behaviours relevant to employment. They will provide high standard of care and/or rehabilitation to a range of patients. Assistant Practitioners can work specifically within therapy, nursing or a combination of both services with the appropriate training, support and guidance.
