Main duties of the jobWere looking for compassionate, motivated Band 5 Community Nurses to join our friendly Gravesend Alliance Team. Our base at Gravesham Community Hospital is ideally located just a short walk from St Georges Shopping Centre, surrounded by cafs, restaurants, and great local amenities making it a convenient and pleasant place to work from. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) within a team that provides care 7 days a week between 08:00 20:00, ensuring flexibility and balance across shifts. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
