Job summary
As a Healthcare Assistant within our Community Nursing Service, you'll be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes and community clinic settings across Dartford and North Kent.

Based at Livingstone Community Hospital, Dartford, you'll work as part of our Community Nursing Service.
