Band 5 Staff Nurse.The
Staff Nurse is a registered nurse working as part of the Health Visiting Team providing preventative and supportive health care to children and families in Wiltshire.
This includes the identification, monitoring and provision of targeted support to vulnerable children and those whose welfare and safety may be at risk.
Our
Staff Nurses work as a member of the Health Visiting Team maintaining a public health focus under the supervision of a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to deliver the Healthy Programme in a variety of settings including the home and community venues as delegated by the Health Visitor. All allocated work is completed within the designated competency framework.
BaseOur Healthy Family Teams support our Wiltshire-wide service, and you will based at one of the 3 main hubs In Wiltshire and supported by agile and mobile working.
