The RoleThis is a rare opportunity to combine hands-on clinical leadership with a genuine seat at the strategic table. - Line managing nurses - supervision, appraisals, development plans, and recruitment
- Delivering clinical supervision and supporting NMC revalidation and CPD
- Deputising for the Medical Director at internal and external meetings
- Contributing to new pathway design, service mobilisation, and geographic expansion
- Playing an active role in clinical governance, quality improvement, and safeguarding
What we're looking for- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration
- 5+ years post-registration experience, with significant mental health expertise
- Proven leadership, supervision, or management experience
- Independent Prescriber qualification
- Comfortable balancing clinical excellence with the realities of working in a commercially driven healthcare organisation
- A confident communicator who can build relationships at every level - from frontline staff to commissioners
Why join us- A genuine strategic role, not just a management title, direct input into the future shape of our services
- Be part of a fast-growing organisation at the forefront of community and mental health innovation
- Work alongside a supportive senior leadership team committed to clinical excellence
- The chance to build and develop a nursing culture from a position of real influence
