Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and assess residents' health conditions
Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure resident well-being
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC registration
Experience in a care home or similar setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts including days
