Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans
Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record residents' conditions
Supervise and support care staff
Liaise with families, GPs and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN
Experience in a care home or similar setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts including weekends
