We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused System Specialist to join our Field Service team. In this field-based role, you will provide technical support, maintenance, repair, and installation services for KARL STORZ equipment and systems across healthcare environments throughout your designated territory.

About the Role
As a System Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring KARL STORZ equipment continues to operate safely, effectively, and to the highest performance standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering preventative maintenance, repair, and installation services for KARL STORZ equipment and systems.
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers and stakeholders.
• Managing service activities across your territory to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Supporting the promotion of KARL STORZ maintenance agreements and service solutions.
• Maintaining accurate service documentation and records.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Continuously developing your technical knowledge and skills to support new and existing technologies.

Working Pattern
This is a field-based position involving regular travel to customer locations.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. However, flexibility is required due to customer requirements, travel schedules, equipment availability, and site access arrangements. Occasional weekend working and overnight stays may be required.
