We are looking for highly motivated Nursing Associates who have experience in an acute setting or previous experience working within an Emergency Department setting and wish to further develop their clinical and leadership skills.
Main duties of the jobThe Nursing Associate (NA) will assist the nursing team in the delivery of direct care to patients within Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The NA will be required to provide care independently providing a holistic, high quality, patient focused, comprehensive, efficient and safe service for the patients cared for at Kettering General Hospital acting with responsibility, accountability and integrity as directed and delegated by the nurse in charge, including the delivery of care to meet a cohort of patients; admission and discharge processes, meeting the physical and psychosocial needs of patients; and will be included within the registered staff numbers.
This post works within a multidisciplinary team with registered and non-registered staff.
