Main duties of the jobLong term health conditions management, vaccinations, womens health - cervical screening, infection prevention and control.
About usWe are an 11,000 patient population surgery mainly based in the beautiful village of Lymm Cheshire. We are a very friendly and supportive practice with three GP partners and a well established management team and two experienced practice nurses.
Job responsibilitiesTo provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care for patients as well as providing nursing assistance to the doctors and other members of the primary healthcare team. The duties will include all tasks normally undertaken by an experienced RGN and in addition any roles agreed between the nurse and the doctors as appropriate, having regard to current training.
QualificationsEssential- Evidence of NMC registration and nursing qualification
- Post qualification experience
- Full cleaner drivers licence
Desirable- Experience of working in Primary Care
- Qualified in Phlebotomy
