Practice InformationClinical computer system SystmOne. List size just under 5,000 patients. Salary negotiable. Achievement continually achieving high points in QOF and the local QASI scheme. The Practice also participates in local schemes including the Liaise scheme and various other enhanced services.
About the RoleThe Salaried GP would provide comprehensive medical care to a patient population within a primary care setting. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of patients with diverse health needs, developing and implementing care plans, conducting consultations (both face-to-face and via remote methods), and participating in practice meetings and quality initiatives.
Main DutiesAll GP duties including - clinics, visits, clinical admin, adhering to local schemes and pathways, involvement in Practice meeting.
Person SpecificationExperienceEssential- Fully qualified, well experienced GMC registered GP
