About the Service
Emery Court provides supported living accommodation in a welcoming community setting, including apartments and bungalows designed to promote independence whilst ensuring people have access to support when they need it.

The service benefits from modern assistive technology, communal outdoor space, and a strong network of staff and friendships, creating a safe and encouraging environment where people can thrive.

What Will You Be Doing?
You'll support people with complex emotional and behavioural needs to live as independently as possible, both at home and within their local community.

Your role may include:

• Supporting people to access community activities such as swimming, shopping, cafés, cinemas, museums, and social clubs.
• Encouraging independence and helping people achieve personal goals.
• Providing emotional support and building positive relationships.
• Supporting with daily living tasks including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household management.
• Assisting with personal care when required, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Promoting choice, dignity, and person-centred support at all times.

Who We're Looking For

Full Time

37.5 hours per week

Part Time

12 to 30 hours per week

Bank / Sessional

Flexible hours to fit around your lifestyle

Shift patterns operate on a rota basis and include some weekend working.
