Lifeways is launching a brand-new supported living service in Heaton, Newcastle — and we’re building a strong, committed team to support a gentleman to live independently in his own home.

This role isn’t always easy — but it is incredibly rewarding.

The Challenge
As a Care Support Worker, you’ll take on a role that requires:

About the Role
You’ll deliver person‑centred support , helping someone lead a safe, fulfilling, and independent life.

Your role will include:

• Supporting with shopping, day trips, and community activities
• Helping with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• Providing personal care , including bathing, toileting, and feeding
• Supporting physical health, wellbeing, and independence

Working hours: Rotational shift pattern, including some weekend working and some nights
