Main duties of the jobThe post holder will carry out all the duties reasonably expected of a Practice Nurse using the standards expected by the NMC and in line with appropriate national and/or local guidelines.

Job responsibilitiesApplicants will have experience of working in a GP practice. It is ideal that you have knowledge of COPD & Asthma management, Diabetes management, Hypertension, sexual health / contraception, cervical cytology, childhood immunisations and vaccines.
QualificationsEssential- BSc 1st Level Registered Nurse, DBS Check
Desirable- Diploma in CVD, Diploma in Diabetes, Diploma in Asthma, Diploma in COPD, Approved Smear Taker, Evidence of continuing professional Development, Evidence of immunisation training
