Job SummaryAre you a paediatric Speech and Language Therapist ready to help shape how a mainstream schools SLT service is delivered?
This role sits at the interface between clinical practice and service delivery. Using your clinical knowledge, you'll help make decisions about how we organise, prioritise and deliver provision across care pathways and clinical teams.
You'll play a key part in workforce planning & management, growing the team, in shaping how clinical time is structured across the service, and in our relationships with schools and commissioners -- making sure provision is built around what children and settings need.
We're looking for someone who knows paediatric SLT well, who enjoys solving complex problems, and who wants to influence the wider picture while staying connected to clinical work. You'll bring sound judgement, the confidence to work across teams and organisations, and an interest in how strong, sustainable services are built.
You'll work closely with experienced clinical and operational leads, with strong support as you settle in, joining a forward-thinking team that invests in development and innovation and offers real scope to lead.
If you want a role that keeps you close to clinical work while shaping the bigger picture, we'd love to hear from you.
