Do you really want to make a difference? Do you want to be part of an innovative, pro-active service, offering the highest quality care for patients?

If so, then we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our forward thinking and committed Musculoskeletal (MSK) Service at Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust based across Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent.

Our services are uniquely integrated with all other Community Services within our geographical patch, ensuring that the patient is at the core of the care delivery. All Nursing and AHP services are co-located and sat within the same portfolio ensuring a comprehensive, supportive, collaborative leadership structure which you will contribute to and be a part of.

Main Duties of the Job
This role carries a responsibility to ensure clinical best practice is being informed and delivered in the Musculoskeletal Service. It is the key link between Musculoskeletal Services and all other system partners including wider MPFT colleagues, PCN, ICB and the acute providers.

You will be an integral part of the Leadership Team, which is multi-professional and collaborative, with clear objectives. We seek a like-minded individual who is forward thinking, innovative and keen to openly work with colleagues striving to move our Musculoskeletal Services forward as one.

About Us
Come and work with us at our award-winning NHS Trust, leading the way for trying new and better ways of working to help improve life for our local communities.

We have around 9,000 staff who provide physical and mental healthcare, support for people with learning disabilities, and adult social care across Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, Shropshire, and Telford & Wrekin. We also run regional and national services, including help for new parents (perinatal care), eating disorders, forensic services, sexual health, and support for people in prison with mental health, drug, or alcohol problems.

We offer great career development for both clinical and non-clinical roles, with ongoing training and support to help you learn and grow.

We are 'United in our Uniqueness' and committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome and can be themselves, no matter their background or identity. We want our staff to feel supported and valued, and we aim to build a team that reflects the communities we serve. Together, we can make sure every voice is heard, and every difference is respected.
