The RoleHome and care home visits across South London, working alongside the physiotherapy and OT team. You address what physical rehabilitation alone does not reach – the cognitive and psychological dimensions of recovery.
Your caseload:- Neuropsychological assessment in the patient’s own environment
- Cognitive rehabilitation following stroke, brain injury, or progressive neurological conditions
- Memory, attention, planning, and decision-making support
- Helping patients and families understand and adapt to cognitive changes

Who Can Apply- HCPC registered as a Practitioner Psychologist
- BPS membership, preferably Division of Neuropsychology
- 2+ years UK experience in clinical neuropsychology or neurorehabilitation
- Experience with cognitive assessment in community or home settings
- Based in or able to cover South London
- Enhanced DBS, or willing to obtain one before starting
- Must be legally authorised to work in the UK
