Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and dedicated professional to join the North East London NHS Foundation Trust as part of the innovative integrated mental health services team within GP Primary Care Networks (PCNs). This fixed-term role for a year with the potential of the role becoming a permanent position within Band 7, with a salary of £49,397 to £56,515 (pro-rated for less than full-time hours). The role is full-time, requiring 37.5 hours per week, and will be based in the Waltham Forest area.
Main duties of the jobThe Role
As a vital member of the team, you will play a key role in delivering integrated mental health services through close collaboration between Primary Care and Secondary Mental Health Services. This position is central to the development of an innovative, patient-focused approach to mental health care within PCNs. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals lives while contributing to the advancement of mental health services in the community.
- Provide expert clinical care and support to individuals with mental health needs within a primary care setting.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across Primary Care and Secondary Mental Health Services to ensure seamless and integrated care delivery.
- Utilise your non-medical prescribing qualification to support patient-centred care and tailor treatment plans to individual needs.

High Cost Area Supplement – Outer LondonWaltham Forest This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,714 to a maximum of £5,941 p.a. pro rata for part time).
