This role is suitable for those keen to move to primary care or those looking to continue their development as a primary care pharmacist.

You will work to deliver all levels of the pharmacotherapy service to GP surgeries in your locality as an independent clinical pharmacist, delivering patient care via telephone and / or face to face consultations.
