Job SummaryWarrington & Halton Hospital is looking to recruit Amazing Radiographers. In recent years we had delegates and presenters at UKIO, RSNA, BNMS and BEMUS. In return, we expect a team approach. In Primary imaging to ensure work/life balance, we operate a shift system that provides an additional 6 weeks leave per year through TOIL. Also, our overnights are paid, and are not part of a shift system.

Unfortunately, remote or virtual interview arrangements cannot be accommodated for this role.Main Duties of the JobRadiology covers 3 sites; Warrington, CSTM and Halton. We also cover an Urgent Care Centre in Widnes. Radiology provides a vast array of services across all these sites and have a professional and dedicated imaging team committed to providing a first-class service to our patients and clinical users, with the service focusing upon producing high quality, technical and diagnostic images and providing excellent standards of patient care. Diagnostic imaging is a core service at the Trust playing an extensive role in the diagnosis and treatment of illness and the identification of skeletal abnormalities. We are a busy department working 24 hours a day across 7 days per week. The department is actively involved in training students from the University of Liverpool. We also support post-graduation studies across all modalities. New staff are fully supported with a preceptorship programme during their transition to our Trust, which ensures that you will feel confident and competent in your role.
