Contracts: Waiting List for Permanent Full Time/Part Time and recruiting for Bank
Salary: Band 5 (£31,049 to £37,796 per annum / pro–rata if part-time)
Location:Adult Hospice Service Area In-Patient Unit (IPU), 74 Somerton Road, Belfast, BT15 3LH
It is anticipated that interviews will be held on the 17th / 18th September.The Role - The delivery of high-quality nursing care for patients and their families in the Adult Hospice service. The role will be based in the In Patient-Unit (IPU) with flexibility to work if required in the Out-patient Hub.
- The assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of high quality and collaborative patient and family care as required.
- To work as part of the multidisciplinary team or independently in a patient’s home ensuring the patient is kept at the center of care.
The OrganisationThe Northern Ireland Hospice is a local charity offering specialist respite, symptom management and end of life palliative care to infants, children, and adults across Northern Ireland.
