As an NHS Administrator, you’ll bring experience of administration in a complex fast-paced environment, demonstrable call handling skills and excellent IT skills. You will have the ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach as well as be an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible individual.
As our NHS Administrator you will:- Act as the primary contact for the NHS England contracts
- Ensure KPIs are met each quarter and communicate with NHS England on any queries or concerns raised with regard to this
- Proactively manage and track the progress of all referrals to ensure each stage of the pathway is fully planned and booked
- Effectively work with key stakeholders to ensure waiting time targets are achieved in order to ensure KPIs are met
- Responsible for all NHS reports via the data landing portal, adhoc requests and data analysis
To succeed as a NHS Administrator, you will need:- Experience working within an administrative role
- Good IT and keyboard skills, Intermediate knowledge of databases and excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Takes ownership and prioritises tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Effectively liaise with key stakeholders within Nuffield and NHS to ensure contract milestones are achieved and the contracts are run to maximum potential.
- Knowledge of NHS service including pathway care
- Previous experience working within a hospital / healthcare environment
