As our Product & Innovation Manager, you will play a key role in delivering Nuffield Health's purpose to build a healthier nation by designing, developing, and evolving customer-centric products, services, and propositions. With a focus on Primary Care and Corporate offerings, you'll ensure seamless, high-quality customer journeys across all Nuffield services, from initial engagement through to outcomes and follow-up care, creating integrated pathways that meet the needs of consumers, employees, and clients.
As our Product & Innovation Manager you'll:- Interpret customer needs using insights and market research to shape current and future products and services
- Design and develop individual and bundled propositions aligned to different customer segments and improved health outcomes
- Define and evolve a clear product and services catalogue with measurable KPIs aligned to strategic objectives
- Build strong internal and external relationships to stay ahead of trends in Primary Care, corporate healthcare, and wellbeing technologies
- Develop clear, consistent product requirements and robust business cases to support investment and prioritisation decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high clinical standards, excellent execution, and market-leading customer experiences
- Ensure seamless, high-quality customer journeys across all touchpoints, including digital, in-person, and referral pathways
- Establish and manage partnerships, including supporting contract negotiations and aligning with commercial and strategic goals
To succeed as a Product & Innovation Manager you'll bring:- Proven experience in product/service design and innovation within a complex, transforming organisation
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills at all levels
- Good understanding of healthcare trends, Primary Care services, and emerging technologies
- Commercial acumen with the ability to develop profitable, sustainable product portfolios
- Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capability
- Resilience, leadership capability, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams, partners, and clients
- Collaborative, outcome-focused approach with a clear understanding of Nuffield Health's strategic direction
