Musculoskeletal (MSK), Gynaecological/Pelvic, and General Ultrasound scanning procedures. The post holder will independently perform, interpret, and report ultrasound examinations, ensuring accurate diagnosis, excellent patient care, and compliance with professional, departmental, and regulatory standards.

- Degree or Postgraduate Qualification in Medical Ultrasound.
- HCPC registration as a Radiographer or relevant healthcare professional.

Person SpecificationEducation/ QualificationsEssential- Degree or Postgraduate Qualification in Medical Ultrasound.
- HCPC registration as a Radiographer or relevant healthcare professional.
- CASE-accredited Ultrasound qualification (or equivalent).
- Significant experience in:
- MSK Ultrasound
- Gynaecology and Pelvic Ultrasound
- General Medical Ultrasound - Ability to work independently and issue diagnostic reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable- Experience within NHS and independent healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of RIS/PACS systems.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring junior staff.
- Additional competencies in vascular, obstetric, or interventional ultrasound.
