About us
For over 20 years, OneMedical Group has been redefining how healthcare is delivered in the UK. As an independent, family-run healthcare organisation, we provide NHS services and create spaces where care happens. Our work is guided by putting people first, working together and creating a healthier future.

We value collaboration and aim to make a positive difference to the health and wellbeing of the communities we serve.

Job responsibilities
As a Triage Clinician, you will identify clinical urgency, provide appropriate advice and signposting, and help ensure each patient receives timely care based on their individual needs.

We are looking for a calm and capable clinician who can assess risk, make sound decisions and communicate clearly with patients, relatives and colleagues in a busy urgent care environment.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary urgent care team, you will use your clinical judgement and communication skills to prioritise patients safely, recognise deterioration and escalate concerns promptly. You will also help maintain the safety and wellbeing of patients while they are waiting to be seen.

What We Offer
  • Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank Holidays, pro rata, increasing with length of service, plus an extra day of annual leave each year on your work anniversary.
  • NHS Pension
  • Work-Life Balance: A supportive working environment alongside enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Pay.
  • Health and Benefits: 24/7 confidential mental health support via Health Assured EAP, Eye Care vouchers, Cycle to Work scheme and OMG's Refer a Friend bonus scheme.
  • Development: Mandatory and role-specific training, ongoing professional development and opportunities to build your career within a growing healthcare organisation. Through our developing Elevate Academy, we are creating clear and accessible pathways that support colleagues from induction and role-specific learning through to apprenticeships, specialist expertise and leadership development.
