What we offer:
  • Flexible full-time or part-time hours

Main duties of the job
As an advanced nurse practitioner, you will work autonomously within your scope of practice, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of patients presenting with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. You will play a key role within our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while contributing to the ongoing development of services.

The role offers a varied clinical workload, with opportunities to develop specialist interests and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Our clinical team is led by 7 experienced GP partners, with partners always on-site to provide support, advice and collaborative working. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a welcoming and inclusive team environment.

Rated Good by the CQC and consistently achieving excellent QOF outcomes, we have a stable, experienced workforce and a strong multidisciplinary team including GPs, advanced clinical practitioners, clinical pharmacists, physician assistants, paramedics, practice nurses, healthcare assistants, care coordinator, social prescriber and an excellent administrative and reception team. Our clinicians are supported by well-organised systems that enable them to focus on delivering excellent patient care.

Person Specification
Whether you are looking for your next challenge or a supportive environment in which to develop your career, we would love to hear from you. We warmly welcome informal visits and conversations to help you find out more about our practice and meet the team. You will:
  • Be a registered nurse with current NMC registration
  • Hold an advanced clinical practice qualification (or equivalent)
  • Be an independent prescriber
  • Have experience working autonomously within primary care
  • Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment, decision-making and communication skills
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
