We understand the importance of finding the right professional fit for both applicants and practices. Informal visits and conversations with our current GPs and wider staff team are warmly encouraged.
SessionsIdeally minimum 6 sessions per week.

- Retford site
Reasonable commute from Doncaster, Gainsborough, Worksop, Scunthorpe, Lincoln, Newark, Rotherham, Mansfield.
Competitive Salary£11,700 - £14,000 per session dependent upon previous GP experience, skills and role responsibilities.

Job responsibilitiesMain Duties & Responsibilities:
- To be part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver a full range of primary care services to the registered population and those wishing to access our services as temporary residents.
- To provide a high standard of clinical care and monitor outcomes taking into account up to date clinical guidelines.
- To follow procedural guidelines on data entry to enable the practice to record accurate data, in line with the Good Practice Guidelines and GDPR.
- To work closely with the other members of the practice at all times
- To attend practice meetings when required.
- To attend PLT educational sessions and participate in continuing professional development as identified in your personal development plan.
- Responding to medical problems presented by patients, including history taking, examination, investigation, diagnosis, treatment and referral where appropriate.
- Providing appropriate preventative health care and advice.
- Providing free certification in line with Schedule 9 of NHS GMS Regulations (1992).
- Adhering to the practice prescribing formulary.
- Preparing medical reports for insurance companies, employers and statutory bodies where a patient has been receiving care predominantly from you.
- Participating in clinical governance activity and contributing to the improvement in quality of health outcomes through the practices audit programme.
- Clinically related administrative and non-clinical duties as necessary
- Engaging in appropriate educational activity in order to maintain clinical competence and performance, including the completion of objectives agreed by yourself and the practice in an annual Personal Development Plan.
- Participating in the training and development of nurses, medical students and GP registrars in the practice, when appropriate.
- Supporting the practice staff and responding to requests for advice and assistance from the practice reception, secretarial and nursing staff.
- To follow all practice protocols that may be updated from time to time
